Precautions for the loader operation

1. Before starting, you should observe whether there are obstacles and pedestrians before and after the machine, lift the bucket about 500 mm from the ground, and sound the horn can start. In driving, depending on the road conditions, can choose high speed, in the driving is strictly prohibited to lift and turn the bucket action.

2. operation, should choose low speed, walking, try to avoid the bucket raised too high, according to different soil, use different shovel digging methods, as far as possible from the front insertion, to prevent the bucket unilateral force. In the loose and uneven field work, can put the lifting rod in the floating position, so that the bucket flat operation.

3. the driving road should be flat, shall not be operated on the site exceeding the specified slope, the delivery distance should not be too large, when the bucket is fully loaded for transport, the bucket should be `  low.

4. In the loose and uneven field operation, the shovel arm can be placed in the floating position, so that the bucket can advance smoothly. If the propulsion resistance is too large, the shovel arm can be slightly raised. When loading, the bucket should be inserted from the front at low speed to prevent the unilateral force of the bucket.

5.the unloading soil to the transport vehicle should be slow, the bucket should be at the appropriate height, the forward turn and return position shall not collide with the carriage.

6.should often pay attention to the running sound of the parts, found the different response immediately stop to eliminate the fault, when the engine can not run and needs traction, should keep the steering cylinder can move freely.

7. When shoveling soil (material), do not increase the throttle, insert the bucket at high speed into the soil (material) pile for loading, insert the bottom of the bucket on the parallel ground, and then drop the shovel arm, along the ground gradually increase the engine speed forward, at the same time roll the soil (material) to reduce the resistance of the bucket. 

8.when unloading, the application of clutch pedal brake, so that it is appropriate to touch the box before the bucket, unloading should be slow, to reduce the impact on the case. After the shovel arm moves up or down to the maximum extent, the control lever should be quickly returned to the neutral position to avoid making noise and cause faults under the action of the safety valve. 

9.when walking steering, should turn as slowly as possible, should use the brake pedal to slow down, strictly prohibited to slip slope.  Often pay attention to the work of the instruments and indicator signals, pay attention to the working sound of the engine and other parts, find abnormal phenomenon, should immediately stop to check, after the fault, can continue to work. 

10. After shutdown, the loader should choose hard ground parking. If parked on the ramp, the tires should be wedged before and after the triangle wood.  After the operation stops, put the bucket on the ground, put the slide valve handle in the neutral position, and pull the hand brake well.
