2. Check the state of the forklift: check whether the electric quantity, oil quantity, tire state, brake, light, instrument panel and each controller are running normally to ensure that the forklift is in a stable state.

3. Check the goods: confirm whether the outer packaging of the goods is in good condition and whether it meets the inventory requirements.

4. Confirm the operation area of the forklift: ensure road safety and avoid collision with pedestrians or other vehicles.

Vehicle load:

1. Drive to the storage area, observe whether the warehouse space is vacant, and whether the height and depth of the cargo space meet the requirements.

2. Flat the forklift truck and pull up the fork arm.

3. The front leg of the forklift can be moved freely under the tray or shelf

4. Insert the fork arm under the cargo and adjust the arm height to ensure that it can fully lift the cargo.

5. Tilt the fork arm, so that it is in contact with the cargo packaging phase [], and gently pull back, to ensure that the cargo is stably placed on the fork arm.

Stacking operation:

1. Drive the forklift to the stacking area and stop in front of the existing goods.

2. Lift the fork arm to the height to be stacked to ensure the distance between the top of the fork arm and the bottom of the cargo.

3. Drive a distance forward, place the goods on the existing goods, and lift the fork arm to clamp the goods in it.

4. Repeat the 2-3 steps until the stacking operation is completed.

Matters need attention:

1. Forklift operators should be qualified and familiar with forklift operation skills.

2. The goods should be piled up in strict accordance with the prescribed stacking order.

3. During the operation process, it should keep a safe distance from other shelves and avoid collision.

4. Slowly move forward the forklift, stop when the load is above the shelf, lower the fork to exit from the tray, determine that the load is safely placed safely, and do not apply force to the shelf below.

5. The key precautions include road safety, intact goods, meeting the inventory requirements, and whether the high depth of the cargo space meets the requirements, etc.
