Maintenance schedule of the loader

Loader maintenance, is the preventive maintenance, is the most easy, the most economical maintenance, is the key to extend the service life of the loader and reduce the cost. For the loader, the maintenance is generally divided into stage time or stage shift (daily) maintenance and regular maintenance. Regular maintenance is generally divided into 50 hours of maintenance, 100 hours of maintenance, 250 hours of maintenance, 500 hours of maintenance, 1000 hours of maintenance and 2000 hours of maintenance. Because the content, scope and requirements of the maintenance in each time period are different, so it is a mandatory type of work, the time is necessary to do. Only do, can play the purpose of maintenance. Maintenance schedule of the loader:
1. Every 10 hours (or daily maintenance):
(1). Whether abnormal, oil leakage;
(2). Check the engine oil level;
(3). Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank;
(4). Check the lighting and instruments;
(5). Check the tire pressure and the damage;
(6). Fill butter and various lubricating oil into the drive shaft.
2. Maintenance for every 50 hours (or one week):
(1). Tighten the front and rear transmission shaft connection bolts;
(2). Check the transmission oil level;
(3). Check the oil level of the brake afterburner;
(4). Check the emergency and parking brake and adjust if inappropriate;
(5). Check the tire pressure and the damage;
(6). Butter injection on the forward rear frame hinge, rear axle swing frame, intermediate support, and other bearings.
3. Maintenance for every 100 hours (or half a month):
(1). Clean the engine cylinder head and the torque converter oil cooler;
(2). Check the battery fluid level and apply a thin layer of vaseline or butter at the joint;
(3). Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank.
4. Maintenance for every 250 hours (or one month):
(1). Check the rim fixing bolts and tighten the torque;
(2). Check the oil level of the front and rear bridge;
(3). Check whether the stressed welds and fixed bolts of the working device, front and rear frame have cracks and loosening;
(4). Replace the engine oil (according to the different quality and the engine usage);
(5). Check the tightness and damage of the engine fan belt, compressor and generator belt.
(6). Check and adjust the foot brake and the emergency parking brake.
5. The 500th hour (or three months) maintenance:
(1). Tighten the connecting bolts of the front and rear axle and the frame;
(2). Must replace the engine oil, replace the oil filter element;
(3). Check the engine valve clearance;
(4). Clean the diesel tank refueling and oil absorption filter screen.
6. Maintenance for every 1,000 hours (or half a year):
(1). Replace the gearbox oil, clean the oil filter and oil pan, replace or clean the copper wire in the air cover;
(2). Replace the diesel filter of the engine;
(3). Check various temperature meters and pressure meters;
(4). Check the fastening of the engine inlet and exhaust pipes;
(5). Check the operation of the engine;
(6). Replace the return filter element of the hydraulic tank.
7. every 2000 hours (or a year) maintenance
(1). Replace the front and rear axle gear oil;
(2). Replace the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank and the refueling filter screen;
(3). Check the work of foot brake and parking brake, remove and check the wear of friction plate when necessary;
(4). Clean and check the brake afterburner seal and spring, replace the brake fluid, and check the sensitivity of the brake;
(5). By measuring the natural settlement of the cylinder, check the sealing of the distribution valve and of the working cylinder;
(6). Check for the flexibility of the steering system.
